This role will see you providing technical development and functional application support for all users of Finance & ERP Management applications, in particular Salesforce. In addition, you will work on application administration and interface development, monitoring business application security, providing second and third level support, troubleshooting Tests ERP layouts and strong Vendor Management.
- Minimum of 7 years application development, application integration, web services and support across a variety of systems
- Experience in Sharepoint administration, Basware, PeoplePoint, Concur and Salesforce support
- Strong Sharepoint technical capabilities and understanding
- Strong financial systems support capabilities and understanding
- Understanding/ experience writing SQL queries to analyse and report on data
- Experience writing relevant interface scripts desirable
- Strong understanding and experience in use of API’s
- Knowledge of computer programming
- Working knowledge and experience in the following methodologies: ITIL, PMI, SDLC, Agile, RAD
- Support experience of cloud-based SaaS applications
